Q - What is the difference between your company and others ?

A - Our distributorship was established in south Florida in 1947.   We were family owned and operated then,  and we are today.

Q - Why do you carry so many different brands and sizes ?

A - We are a distributorship.   Our major competitors are manufacture/distributors (like Crystal Springs or Zephyrhills).    This allows us the freedom to deliver to our customers what we feel is the best tasting water in each of the different price categories and to ensure that the quality of each brand exceeds the standard set up by FDA and the International Bottled Water Association.  We offer a variety of bottled water brands - each brand with it's own distinct taste.   We have a brand and a size for every pallet and every pocketbook.

Q - Should we rent a cooler or purchase one ?

A - We stock coolers for sale or for rent.    Generally speaking it is more economical to rent a cooler.   They are extremely reliable, however should your cooler need service, the service is very expensive.

Q - How are your coolers different from the ones we can purchase at the discount store ?

A - We sell and rent only coolers that are manufactured with stainless steel parts.   The inside of the cooler that the water passes through is made of stainless steel.   Be careful - most coolers that are available from discount stores use plastic rather then stainless steel.    Initially you will not notice a difference but after a while the taste of your water will be affected by the plastic.

Q - How does delivery work ?

A - We have two different methods for setting up delivery, once we have established an account for you or your business.   Many of our customers choose a regular delivery schedule.   We deliver to them a specified number of bottles or cases at regular intervals (weekly, every other week, once per month, we even have one customer that receives their delivery before every televised Miami Dolphin game).    We can also set up your account as a "delivery on demand", that means that we deliver based on a phone call, fax or e-mail from you.   We are the only major distributor in south Florida that offers this method of scheduling.
